How do you write a great online dating profile that women would want to read?

I am going to finally try online dating through yahoo and I was just wondering what are some things I could do so I could try to attract more women to my profile. I’m a writer so I can write pretty well but I really don’t know how to try and make myself stand out when it comes to women. I am new to this so any help I can get would be great. Thanks

Be honest about yourself-sometimes when a person is very honest it can be quite funny to others and it attracts them. just talk about stuff you like and stuff you dont like so

Help me write a dating profile please…?

Here are some things about me:

I’m fat
I’m ugly
I’m stupid
I talk like a mentally challenged person
I’m what society would term a “loser”
I have no friends
I’m mentally unstable

I want to be honest but how can I spin this stuff to make it sound good? Should I say “exciting and capricious” instead of mentally unstable. What about “self-reliant, enigmatic loner type” instead of “has no friends?” Please help with ideas. And what about the “ugly” part? How do I spin that/

I’m new to online dating and my best bud told me to try online. I’m not sure what to say about myself, what do women want to know when they look at profiles?

I’d say a woman who is really interested in a relationship is looking for a recent photo, how they get along with family and friends, what kind of work they do and what they enjoy when they aren’t working.
