ive liked this guy forever but now that were dating theres no spark?

so i do get butterflies and all that, but no spark.
when we kiss its just feels like cold lips.
is this normal?
will i ever get that spark “mr. right” feeling with him?
ive wanted to go out with him scince the thrid grade. ahaha
im just disapointed, hes all ive ever wanted.
