What do you think this means…?

A few months ago I found where my husband had been on some dating sites (saw registration emails in his email-which he knows I had access to). When I went to those websites, sure enough he had profiles on like 4 different sites. The thing is, there is no picture or anything, just a profile that was set up. I don’t even see where he has actually chatted with anyone on there. When I asked him about it, he said he didn’t know where that came from and that he didn’t do it. He said his friend done it trying to be funny. What should I believe?
Also, a couple of them were set up after he met his co-worker/friend, so maybe he did do it, but there was also a couple of them that were set up before he even knew his friend..but like I said, I don’t see where he actually did chat with anyone
well, since I confronted him about it, I haven’t saw anymore emails, but he has started erasing the history off the computer (and maybe he set up a new email), so now I can’t monitor what he’s doing

You should believe what you believed before asking this question. He is not going to confess to his wife that he’s been on dating sites. No friend would ever do that to be funny and not tell him. He is lying.
