a dating game novel

Do I need to read The Dating Game novels in order?

So I recently bought, “Can True Love Survive High School”, and I have the Ex-Rating book. I just realized that they are a series [dumb I know], so I was wondering, do I have to read them in order to understand the story?

Nope, I read them out of order and they still made sense. However, you get more of the little details if you read them in order.
