Where do I sell 100 doz free range eggs I have (dates range from 17 Dec - 26 Dec)? Western Victoria Australia?

We have been building up layer numbers, so we can supply a larger order (when we get one), but in the mean time - we are producing 15 dozen eggs a day from hens who roam around all day with goats, sheep and alpacas. They are truly “free range eggs”, they are never locked up, they only use their sheds to lay and sleep in. They are producing beautiful eggs - but where are my customers? Who do you think I should approach? Restaurants? Where? Melbourne or just local?

Have you tried the flea markets? I buy my eggs from a local free range farm there, and I know they are very popular.They always sell out before the markets are finished.
