Lets go with the scenario of 110 mph in a 70mph? You go to court and the judge says……what?

And ask

Then he sees if you have had any other traffic violations or other reasons to of been in court

Then the time of day the traffic at the time the weather conditions
.
And then look at you and say one of two or both rulings
.
License suspended for 6 months and or a $50.00 fine for each mile over the speed limit
