17 year old girl, dating 13 yr old boy.?

There is this girl who i sometimes hang out with, she lives down my road, shes 17.
Today i found out shes dating this guy who is 13. I didnt beleive the person who told me, and told my friend what was being said.

She said, er its truth, why do you have a problem with it.

Well i think its a bit weird, what does everyone else think?
